If you donβt like our product or it doesnβt as expected. You can return items for a refund withinΒ 30 calendar daysΒ of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective,Β we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takesΒ 1-3 businessΒ days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund inΒ 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.

If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is aΒ 3-10Β business daysΒ complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
