Delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time and takes approximately 5-8 business days(holidays and weekends excluded).
Typically, the product will be shipped out within 1-2 business days(holidays and weekends excluded) after the order is placed.
Shipment takes 4-6 business days to arrive and could be delayed during the holidays and weekends. Due to the different locations of our warehouses, the transportation process of some products might take longer than usual. We hope that you love your our products, but just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return and exchange process super easy.
To start a return, please visit our “contact us” page or email support@kuerled.com to get the shipping address before returning your product.
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
