Returns for the customerβs own reasons
If you donβt like our product or it doesnβt as expected. You can return items for a refund withinΒ 30 calendar daysΒ of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email atΒ support@kuerled.comΒ and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item,Β we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective,Β we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takesΒ 1-3 businessΒ days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund inΒ 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.

Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email:Β support@kuerled.comΒ and give us at leastΒ 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is aΒ 3-10Β business daysΒ complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
