Returns for the customer’s own reasons
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

I accidentally smashed my 2022 F150 taillight and replaced it with a kuerled taillight, it's very nice, I recommend it!

Barley works, led gliches and flickers constantly.

As I was installing one of the lights, I got one of the 2 screws on without issue. As I was installing the second secrew by hand, I noticed it wasn't tightening. After inspection, I noticed the hole was stripped. I reached out to the company, and their response was that I over tightened the screw which caused the damage. I have installed many after-market lights on my vehicles and have never had an issue. The build quality of these lights is below average. The exterior plasitc scrathes easily. I would not recommend these lights.

Lights are beautiful. Startup effect causes LED's to flicker,but without they are just fine. BLIS is not functioning properly. Ford's cost to diag is $285 plus any corrections needed. Wish they provided troubleshooting with this product. Buy at your own risk

I’m really impressed. No problems installing. They are 2 week new Time will tell if they hold up. I have a 24 F250. I don’t see them on y’all’s website. If y’all have something working. Let me know. I’m interested
