We hope that you love your our products, but just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return and exchange process super easy.
To start a return, please visit our “contact us” page or email support@kuerled.com to get the shipping address before returning your product.
Returns for the customer’s own reasons
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

High quality packaging, clean and well wrapped out the box. Very professional, easy, plug and play zero issues. Have held up just fine for a few months. I made adjustments to horizontal and vertical to get them right for road use with my life. Very easy to adjust the beams. Love the look! Worth the money.

The light output is so much more brighter than stock, but it doesn’t blind on coming traffic. Installed it by myself and it took me more than an hour. But it was a good decision buying it imo.

My husband loved them, he seen them on another car and really wanted them.

Doesn’t completely fit models with OEM LEDs, the side marker lights don’t have a plug to plug into the bulb socket. Might not pass state inspection. Other then that they decent so far.

These lights are beautiful but not very bright which is good because it doesn’t blind the other cars but still provides enough light. Installation was easy/ish but enjoyable to do.

Completely changed the appearance, looks amazing. Build quality is great, it's been raining for a week straight and I have yet to see any condensation in the lights. Much brighter and better looking then stock. Definitely worth it!
