Returns for the customer’s own reasons
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

The LED's do flicker a tiny bit. ZERO instructions included. There's an open connector that I'm unsure what to do with, and it's not weather sealed.
Looks good. Wish they didn't seal the wrap in the lens. When you pull it off, some of it remains. I'm sure that's where the water incursion comes from that others have complained about.

These headlights completely transformed the front end of my Camry. The sequential turn signals are a real head-turner, and the improved visibility at night is significant. Installation was straightforward, took about 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Searched through multiple websites and sellers on google and none of them had the selection that this seller has. Bought these headlights for my 2021 Camry SE Nightshade and they look great. The start-up animation was unique and complimented my rear taillights, which are also aftermarket, and did a similar animation upon turning on the lights. For me to install the headlights I did have to completely remove the front bumper which didn’t take too long but I did have an issue putting it back on as it’s a large bumper and the bottom of it needed to be above the scratch guard so I do recommend that you have someone help put the bumper back on. I've done multiple aftermarket modifications to my Camry, which are each time-consuming on their own, and this one was by far the easiest to understand and do by myself. Bear in mind that it did take me just under two hours to do but that's with no prior knowledge and a little bit of research. The lights are much brighter than the stock ones I had on before and the bright lights are twice as bright as well as twice as high when using them. As I kind of expected for out-of-the-box lights, the light it emits is not directly lined up with each other when turned on. For example, my left lights are just about 2-3 inches lower than my right. This can be adjusted but I have yet to get to that part as of writing. It doesn't bother me right now but it is something to take note of. The customer service was also very nice as I received more messages about these headlights than when I had purchased my thousand-dollar exhaust system. This let me know that I had purchased from the right place.
Overall a great addition to my Camry and I do recommend it as it's worth the price.

Changed the whole look of my car , I can’t stop staring at them! They look awesome! I heard complaints about water leaking in so I simply just got some waterproof tape and just taped over the seams JUST INCASE. Looks amazing though!
