Returns for the customer’s own reasons
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

This light is so beautiful with the most gorgeous animation, and it is so bright on the road, almost 3 or 4 times brighter than my OEM, arrived in like 7 days, will definitely recommend this. Love it.

I would highly recommend this seller headlights work fine. I love them and they have great customer service. I thought I had a pair of defected headlights at first and I reached out to the company and everything cause I was already overdue on my return policy. So they help me out and if said if it was defected, don't give me a full exchange. I found out that the hornets that came with it. I didn't need to put it on the headlights. I just needed to plug the headlights into the harness of the car, and now they work fine.

I love the look of these head lights. It makes my 2017 Mustang Pop, people that like Mustangs always ask me how do I like the 2024! until i tell them it's a "2017". Also They brighten up the road so you can see very clearly, "If it wasn't for the Condensation in the diver side headlight".I would have given it 5 stars!
