Returns for the customer’s own reasons
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

Great headlights. They could be a little better with a different projector, but, not many headlights can change the DRL color out of the box. I love them! Great customer service.

I am very happy with these they look fantastic and look really cool had a little trouble wiring the bluetooth controller so I ended up taking it to a tint ship and had them wired up but overall the app works great the lights are aloy brighter than the stock halogen lights that i had and I'm really happy I got the opt pro 7 headlights/ update 04-07-2024 the lights have been turning themselves on during the really cold nights due to the bluetooth controller malfunction so be weary so that you dont drain the battery on your vehicle

There’s 2 benefits to these headlights: easy upgrade from stock and easy installation. The beam that comes from a projector headlight is much better than one from a reflector, like what comes standard on F-150’s. The difference is noticeable right away and the beam can be adjusted vertically and horizontally on both housings to make it exactly how you need it to be. Installation is easy because you just plug in the same spots as the factory housings. You get some extra wire taps and fuses but you really don’t need to use them. Figuring out how to wire the Bluetooth controller is the hardest part but it’s not hard to figure out once you decide how to power it; I tapped into the marker lamps. I get compliments all the time for how good they look on my truck.

L.E.D aren't as bright as I'd hoped for and the headlights themselves, on bright, just don't provide enough light. But the appearance is nice.
