To start a return, please visit our “contact us” page or email support@kuerled.com to get the shipping address before returning your product.
Returns for the customer’s own reasons
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

Very happy with this product, shipping was easy and I had someone professionally install them and they worked amazing other than one issue which is when my lights are off only one high beam turns on but I am going back to see if they can fix it. Start up process is a lot but very cool. Getting the app to my phone and connected with my car was very easy and it’s a big upgrade from the stock headlights

Good product. Works awesome and looks cool. If you are having issues with your blinkers flashing really fast also known as hyper flash, you are going to need the correct resistors. Contacting the seller was easy. It did take some time for response due to different timezones. The seller did provide a new resistor wire harness but it still did not work. IF YOU ARE STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HYPER FLASH CONTACT @Diycarmodz. Found him on YouTube.he makes plug n play resistor wire harness. It Works flawlessly.

It’s a really good set of headlights. I havent had them for long so i dont know how long they last. Also if your low beams dont work, turn your lowbeam plug harness 180 it should work. Through that your highbeam should work as well
