To start a return, please visit our “contact us” page or email support@kuerled.com to get the shipping address before returning your product.
Returns for the customer’s own reasons
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

I love these headlights and have gotten many compliments on them. Just installed them yesterday. However, everyone on the road thinks I'm driving with my high-beams on. I can literally see 1/4 mile down the road. Is there a way to point them down a little?

These were easy to install. I had an issue with one of the DRL not working but was able to fix it with the technical support help. I love the look of these!

It is not cheap but totally worth it, my Civic from stock to super dope, love it. The installation would be pricey too though because Civic headlight assembly is not an easy work.

I love the way they look on my car and I'm happy with them. They fit up very well almost like original. They arrived in a very secure and well done packaging. The interconnect harness are good quality and well made. The headlights include an instruction booklet that goes over everything you need to know about the lights. That said the headlights are VERY bright! I aimed mine down slightly and haven't had anyone flash their high beams at me since thinking I'm using my high beams. Yes, they're that bright. They also need to have a different resistor IF you're using any other aftermarket lighting such as side markers or tail lights. So make sure you contact them directly when you place your order to ask for the resistors for other aftermarket lighting. But I do believe they are a 12v 10Ω resistor if you need them.

I love the taillights but it is too bright it’s so bright to where people is high beaming me so I high beam back to tell them that it’s on low but if you guys know about how to make it not too bright please let me know

The right hand side has a short circuit, as soon as I connect it, it blows the fuse. If I connect the old LED bulb i used to have on, then it works perfectly.

Real easy to install just want to find out how to stabilize the blue lighting in the headlight or if there's a way to incorporate the blue instead of only showing in the start up feature....
