Returns for the customer’s own reasons
If you don’t like our product or it doesn’t as expected. You can return items for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality or damaged in transit. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Returns of damaged, incorrect, or defective products
If you find products in your order damaged or wrong, please contact us directly by email at support@kuerled.com and include photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
Once we have confirmed that an item is broken or defective, we will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund in 2-7 business days.
We will pay for the return shipment of the defective item since the shipping cost will already be paid by us in an prepaid return label.
Returns for canceled orders
You have up to 24 hours from the time the item(s) is ordered to cancel the order.
If your purchase was already shipped please adhere to the return guidelines outlined above, which corresponds to the reason for your return.
Lost Shipment
If more than 20 business days have passed since the date of shipment and you have not received your package. you should call our support service through email: support@kuerled.com and give us at least 5 business days to look into the item(s) and its location using our courier service.
If we are unable to locate your shipment following the 5 business days investigation, the item will become lost which means you will be legally entitled to a full reimbursement or we will provide a replacement should you wish to replace it.
Refund Process
The refund will begin once the product is received in our warehouse and is inspected by our staff. After approval, the refund is a 3-10 business days complete. We will return the refund according to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

Got the old ones out then realized I was missing one of thr two interconnecting wire harnesses. Contacted KUERLED by website. Custer service says I have to send them back for a full replacement( no way the work has been done although I have to do it again for the new wiring). Once I receive parts I'll probably give 5 stars. They look great and are nice and bright. After alignment it should be golden. Seller reached out next business day and will be shipping the missing cable. assuming all goes well 5 stars guys. The lights look great fitment looks oem and pretty ease of install with proper tools. See YouTube for installs.

The DRLs turn to a good white light, but when they first come every time they’re BLUE. But after about 6 seconds they fade into white. But they are nice and bright. Seller is professional and reply’s back consistently within 24hrs.

Yes, this is the passenger headlight assembly. The installation process is as easy as you make it. Takes 2 hours if you know what you are doing. This product was packaged to perfection for eliminate any potential damages that may occur. High quality, same manufacturing code. Everything matches the specs perfectly.

I am extremely happy with them. The install was more involved than I hoped as you need to remove the front bumper to reach one of the bults. So far they are great! I would recommend.
